Today, I’d like to share a list of FREE tools I’ve assembled that may be helpful for your internet marketing business. You’ll definitely love it…I believe

By the way, should there be any FREE tools not included here which you think will be beneficial for an online marketing business, do let me know and I’ll add it in here.

(1) NVU

A WYSIWYG html editor software for your website design. A good free program to rival FrontPage and Dreamweaver, makes creating webpages a breeze.

(2) OpenOffice

Equipped with word processor for your text document, fully featured database management system, spreadsheet similar to Microsoft Excel, presentation program which is an outstanding tool for creating effective multimedia presentations and drawing software with tools to communicate with graphics and diagrams. Able to open Microsoft Word document or even save  your work in Microsoft Word format.

(3) Audacity

An open source software which allows you to record audio files and even edit them. Is available for Mac OS X, Mircosoft Windows, GNU/Linus, etc.

(5) Nattyware

Currently, there are 3 useful softwares here :
(a) Pixie - which is an easy-to-use colour picker which fits the needs of webmasters and designers.
(b) WinJanitor - a tool to eliminate unwanted files from your disk, thus keeping your computer clean and works faster.
(c) XUM32 - With this tool, you’re able to detect whether your files were tampered or not. Ability to handle single fine, a group of files or even a whole directory.

(6) a- PrimoPDF

You’ll be able to create ebooks as PDF is the universally accepted document format for ebooks online and is compatible with PC and Mac.

Convert your Excel, Word or PowerPoint documents, your emails even your favourite web sites to PDF format. Doesn’t require 3rd party programs to do PDF files (like GhostScript) which makes the setup file to be incredibly small.

(7) Camstudio

Records all screen activity from your screen into AVI or Flash (SWF) files. Though not as powerful as Camtasia Studio (cost around $300), it gets the job done and since it’s free, why complain.

(8) FileZilla

An FTP client for Windows with lots of features and its FileZilla server being a reliable FTP server too. Use for uploading and downloading files to and from your website.

(9) Teleconference

Create your own teleconference with unlimited usage for free. And maximum up to 99 lines per conference. The only cost you have to bear will be the normal long distant rates.

(10) Skype

Make free video calls and instant message 24/7 to your business/JV partner over the net for free. You may even do a phone interview using Skype.

(11) SurveyMonkey

Allows you to send out surveys for free with the basic account with up to 100 responses and they do have two other accounts you can upgrade to which of course offer more features.

(12) Format-It

This handy utility will get your email properly formatted to the number of characters you set.

(13)Keyword Density Analyzer

Analyse the keyword density of your web pages quickly and easily.

(14) phpBB

Have your discussion forum set up in minutes with this easy to use administration panel with a user friendly installation process. And if you’re using webhosting with cpanel, the forum installation process is a no brainer with only one click with its Fantastico feature.

(15) Gimp

A very powerful open source application for image editing and works with Windows, Mac, etc. Lots of Gimp tutorials can easily be found online should you encounter any problem.

(16) Sketchcast

This tool lets you record a sketch with or without a voice, then embed it in your blog. An interesting way to share ideas in a classroom-like environment.

(17) Powerbullet

Powerbullet has a simple drag and drop interface and it’ll help you create professional presentations which can be exported as a Flash file or as an executable file.

(18) RoboForm

A Password Manager and Web Form Filler that automatically enter your password and form filling with a few clicks of the mouse. No more having to memorize every passwords and details - you just need to set it once and the system will automate the work for you everytime.

(19) Ta-da Lists

Simple, easy to-do list tool. You may use Ta-da lists to plan your work more efficiently and effectively.

(20) AVG Free Anti-Virus

A software which protects your computer against viruses and spyware and best of all, it’s free. However, they do have a paid version at a reasonable price. So, get your computer fully protected now before any virus starts charging in.

(21) Fat Free Cart

A free shopping cart which works inside your website, blog, even from your MySpace page. Simple copy n’ paste cart without the need to register or have anything installed.

(22) Zamzar

Do you have problems trying to convert files into different formats? If yes, check this out. With Zamzar, you just select the file you’d like to convert in Step 1 and choose the format you wish the file to be converted to in Step 2.  Step 3 requires you to enter the email address you wish the converted files be sent to and finally click on ‘Convert’ in Step 4. That’s it. Simple.

(24) Socialmatic

With this tool, you’ll do less but get more work done. Why tire yourself out submitting to many social bookmarking sites when you’re able get your URL up to 13 social sites automatically with only one tool.

(25) Share A Post

Having trouble filling up content for your blog? Then you’d love this site. Share A Post allows you to browse its directory for great content and then have it posted on your blog.

(26) Web Form Designer

Use Winzip to compress files into greatly reduced sizes. May use it to unzip zip files too.

(29) Adobe Acrobat Reader

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open PDF files. Most computers already have Adobe Reader installed but If yours doesn’t, you can get a FREE download of the latest version at the link above.
